Happy New Year 🤍

As we move into the new year, I wanted to share a quick update on what’s happening here at the studio!

While we’ve moved away from most weekly yoga classes, we are still offering Friday evening Yoga Nidra at 6:00 PM. This is a deeply restful, guided practice and is $10 per person.
If you’re interested in a flow yoga class, feel free to message me and we can add one to the schedule based on interest.

My focus has shifted toward hosting monthly wellness events for our community. These are intentionally small, curated experiences centered around rest, recovery, and nervous system support.

We host separate wellness days for women and men, and these events typically include:
• Massage
• Lymphatic work
• Facial treatments
• IV therapy
• A yoga class

Our January events are currently sold out, but we’ll be sharing details for February events soon.

Right now, we’re planning:
• Couples Wellness Day ~ February 15
• Women’s Wellness Day ~ February 21
