Our sweetners are raw organic local honey, dates and coconut nector. For those with diabetes or candida we have stevia. Our food preperation various from simple and quickly prepared to elaborate gourmet meals. We soak all of our nuts and seeds to ensure only the highest and most beneficial nutrients, easily digestible. We use 100% organic veggies as fresh and local as possible. As conscious caterers we can be found at a variety of locations providing yummy treats. We are also available for private parties/events/weddings. Tea and Raw Chocotate ceremonies with singing bowls, crystal altar and aromatherapy ambiance! private and public classes and workshops on conscious food preperation, healthy sweets and benefits of mushrooms. Island Delights update while living on the island of Kauai Hawaii for two years my beloved and I have come up with an amazing menu above variety of different recipes that we're all created and inspired by how fantastic it is to just look around you and see what's available and make something yummy from it Island Delights was inspired in Kauai however everywhere we go every one of us is our own Island and sometimes on our Island we would love to be rejuvenated and replenished and some of these recipes do just that our update is that while on the mainland we have created a new platform of expression which is called by the name of the traveling Rejuvenation Station experience in this experience we provide recipes ceremonies different workshops and classes on how it is that you can make your own yummy treats how it is that you could grow your own yummy trees we are well-versed in advanced in a wide Arena topics and we are super delighted to be able to bring those Island Delight recipes to you wherever it is that you are on the mainland there it is temporarily that we are in San Diego California and we are on the road my beloved in night as of a few months ago anywhere it is that we've been invited to go and so far that list has brought us all the way through the Ashland Oregon area all the way down the West Coast through Sausalito and wearing down to San Diego doing private events for folks we are grateful that we've been able to travel and be reciprocated for our energy and for our delicious recipes and our new business to come is called it's all about the sauce and we will also be teaching with the recipe to that sauce is so that you can make it at home for free so there are a lot of tips and tricks that we will show you how ashtag the sacred stage or the traveling Rejuvenation Station experience I am Sebastian Soulshine wolf have a fantastic day
