Dreamfit Hawaii Our workouts will help you:
Increase Energy, Lose Body Fat, Build Muscle, Build Endurance, Reduce St All Fitness levels are welcome!

Our classes are one hour long and they include interval cardiovascular routines, strength training using free weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, kettlebells and your own body weight
Our workouts focus on a different major muscle group each day. The endless variety of exercises insures that no two classes are the same, and that every class feels new and exciting.

Sounds good for a post-workout smoothie!

Day 3 is here of the 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge and I am excited to make this new recipe! Remember, you can choose any recipe from the list to make each day (or something completely different), just make sure you’re drinking one green smoothie a day.

Banana Berry Blast - Serves 2
2 cups spinach
2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
2 bananas

Something to try out! I love almond butter

Lots of people have asked if we make our own almond butter... We sure do! We love adding it to our green smoothies for an extra punch of protein. So, how do we make it? Here's our one step process:

1. Put raw almonds in Vitamix blender and run for 4-5 minutes (should be a similar length of time in a food processor—maybe a bit longer).
***Note: Some people add a bit of maple syrup, or some kind of oil to be a bit creamier, but this isn't required.
