Well…it is official. The office will be open full time starting in December. I have been preparing, in advance, for the transition. Our new logo, which is on our front page, was first. Now, here is the practice’s new website, www.rhcsp.com. I am super excited about this next step in the journey.

There are a lot of changes coming, and first up is our new website and logo. Stay tuned as the build time will be over in two weeks and our new look will be ready shortly thereafter.

We are thrilled, not only to share our new office space with you, but to announce we are sharing our space with Ruth Wilson, LPC, CAS, Dr, Karen Jaggers, Psychologist, LPC, and Lauren Jaggers, LPC, CAS. We are only a half a mile from our previous location and are excited to greet you into a relaxed and more confidential setting. So it’s been a minute. I have literally filled my appointment calendar with those who, like me, crave positive change and growth. May I tell you this…I am grateful to walk on this journey with you and will forever be one of your biggest supporters. Imagine a world where we all had the opportunity to make life what we want it to be. It’s possible and it starts with your will!

I cannot say it with as much gratitude as I feel in my heart. Knowing I’ve been allowed to journey with so many through good and bad, ups and downs, gratefulness and remorse, is just a blessing. To watch you grow through your transitional times into the true version of yourself is just amazing. My wish for you is that 2024 is the year for which all that you strive for is attained, all that you wish to accomplish is done so, and that when you think back on things that you ponder, you’ll be able to smile and say that you did that with good intention, regardless of result. Happy New Year to all of you.

The holiday season can be tricky. Joy and laughter, blindsided by guilt, sadness or remorse. Set your boundaries, hug from afar if need be, but do what makes you thrive. No is a hard word, yet nothing is harder than losing yourself.

And just like that our summer hours are over. We will resume our original school hours starting on Monday, August 7. Monday - Thursday appointments starting at 3:30, and Saturdays we start at 9:30. Fear of change is the biggest obstacle in preventing us from growth. Growth happens once we realize we have nothing to lose by changing the things in our lives that hold us back, make us unhappy, or keep us locked in a revolving pattern of discontent.
