How will you build MOMENTUM in your life today?! When people tell me they just don’t have time in their day to exercise, I have to stop and pause and then try and come up with how they could possibly NOT have time in there day. I am a Father of 9 kids, I work 50 hours a day at one job and run my own company at night, add in church and church service, plus all the kids activities, it seems to leave no time and yet I still find time to exercise. If I can do it, YOU CAN DO IT! “Leave your Mark”
