It’s amazing what the body can do to keep us “safe” but even more amazing how it can heal when it becomes truly safe again! Spinal Flow is a godsend!

Insulin resistance is not just about food

Not about lack of willpower.

I signed up for a class with some girl friends with .ut and . Scan for health did my hair scan and this week Cherish Wellness did an ionic foot bath. It looks pretty nasty but everyone’s did. It pulls toxins and other yuck out of your body helping it further detox! The coolest part is I didn’t tell the girl what my hair scan came back with and all of her observations and comments about my gross water proved the hair scan true! So cool! The body is amazing!

Emotional stress is the first thing we think of when we heard the word stress!

Emotional stress builds when our feelings stay unprocessed. When we are unable to process our emotions in the moment we put them to the back of our mind. Quite literally our spine! Worry, fear, grief, and constant overwhelm can settle into the spine as blockages. When the spine can’t communicate well with the body, we feel it physically—tension, fatigue, headaches, and a sense of being “stuck.”
Your body isn’t failing you. It’s asking for support. With gentle Spinal Flow touch, the body remembers how to release, soften, and return to ease.

There are 3 main types of stress. Today we talk about physical stress. Physical stress shows up when the body is pushed, strained, or held in patterns it can’t keep up with.
This can come from injuries, heavy lifting, poor posture, repetitive movements, long hours sitting, old accidents, or even the way we sleep.

When the body can’t fully recover from these stressors, the tension gets stored in the spine.
That stored tension creates blockages that slow down the communication between the brain and the rest of the body. Over time, this can show up as pain, tightness, limited movement, or ongoing discomfort.

Your body is always doing the best it can with what it’s carrying.
When we release physical stress and support the nervous system, with modalities like Spinal Flow, the body can finally relax, reset, and begin to heal from the inside out.
*Note that it is important to correct the reasons the physical stress is created to begin with. Sleeping positions could be altered, standing up and moving our bodies when we’ve been sitting too long, changing the way we sit etc, all have a positive impact on helping our bodies recover from physical stress.

There are 3 mains types of stress. Today we are talking about chemical stress. Chemical stress is one of the most overlooked sources of tension in the body.
We’re exposed to it every day through things like harsh cleaning products, synthetic beauty and skincare items, processed foods, artificial ingredients, and hormone-disrupting chemicals.

When the body can’t process these toxins, they build up and create stress in the nervous system. Over time, that buildup can slow down communication between the brain and the body, leading to fatigue, inflammation, aches, and overall imbalance.
