🍋 Creamy Lemon Tahini Dressing 🥣✨

1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2-4 tablespoons warm water
1 small clove garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk the tahini and lemon juice together until smooth. The mixture will likely thicken.
Slowly add 1 tablespoon of warm water at a time, whisking continuously until the dressing reaches your desired creamy consistency.
