Can you tell the difference between being unmotivated or truly feeling tired?

Rest is ok, we need that sh*t sometimes. However you need to ask yourself am I truly tired, or am I just feeling unmotivated right now?

Give your mind and body discipline on those unmotivated days.

I promise you when your done moving your body when you originally didn’t want to, you will always feel better then when you started.

And the next day, when you’re feeling unmotivated again.. tell yourself “I’m doing this sh*t”.. get up and DO THE DAMN THING ANYWAYS.

This is how we build consistency, this is how we build habits… by doing it ANYWAYS!
