When this line is tight or restricted, it can cause imbalances in posture, hip alignment, and movement patterns, especially in side bending, single-leg stance, and rotational movements.

As we start to enter into our colder months, we want to remind you of our cancellation policy. We totally get that life happens but please remember we require 24-hour notice for all appointment or class cancellations.

Late cancellations or no-shows = 100% service charge (or loss of a membership session).

We value all our clients time (and ours!) Although it doesn’t happen very often remember if you decide to no show your appointment, you are taking away from someone who might have been waiting to come in 💚

Happy Halloween from SOB! 🎃👻

🧟‍♀️ Today we’re going over the ZOMBIE WALK🧟‍♂️
No, we haven’t joined the undead… this “Zombie Walk” is one of our favorite mobility drills to loosen up those hips, hamstrings, and shoulders after too much haunting around! 👻

How to do it:
👉 Stand tall with your arms straight out in front of you like a zombie.
👉 Keep your legs straight (or just a soft bend) and kick one leg up at a time, reaching your opposite hand toward your foot.
👉 Walk forward slowly, keeping that spooky posture — think Frankenstein meets functional movement!
👉 Feel the stretch through your hamstrings and shoulders with each step.

It’s creepy how good it feels to move better. 🕸️
