In case you need this reminder this morning ♥️ Be kind to your mind 🧠💐

Does anyone else have a really loud inner critic? 🥺

Here are 3️⃣ ways to be kind to your mind: (feel free to share any additional ideas in the comments) 🥰

1️⃣ Connect with your inner child. What do they need to hear in this moment?

2️⃣ Look in the mirror and wish yourself a good morning (or good afternoon/evening) 😊. Choosing to have a conversation with yourself instead of looking to the mirror to find your imperfections is so powerful. You are so much more interesting than how you look.

3️⃣ Do something that makes you happy. Connect with something that is creative or expressive.

Maybe listen to your favorite song that you haven’t heard in a while? 💕 Let your mind experience some love and kindness.
