Stretch-n-Grow of the Tri Cities Stretch-n-Grow offers EXERciting programs for kids starting as young as 18 months up to twelve years old. Stretch-n-Grow originated in Galveston, Texas in 1992.

After an intense study and the discovery of alarming statistics concerning the health status of American’s young children, the founders of Stretch-n-Grow set out on their mission to change the course for children everywhere. Stretch-n-Grow have expanded to over 100 cities across America, Canada, England, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. Whether you are a school who wants to offer our EXERciting programs or a parent interested in getting your child more active and physically fit, we can meet your needs! From toddlers to 'tweens", we offer a wide variety of movement-based, on-site enrichment programs. Stretch-n-Grow is the world's largest network of children's fitness professionals who, each week, teach over one hundred thousand children in hundreds of cities across 15 countries to "Exercise and Eat What's Wise!"

Each Stretch-n-Grow coach is a certified youth fitness specialist and has only one passion - to show our Stars an EXERciting time!
