On Thursday, January 29th,2026 I found out that my 19 year old little brother Jack passed away.
June 14th, 2006 – January 29th, 2026🕊️
Today, I want to take a moment to honor and remember who he truly was.
Jack was the kind of soul who felt deeply, loved fiercely, and lived creatively. He loved being on the water, boating and fishing brought him peace. Music was another language for him; he loved to sing and played the piano and guitar. For four years, he was part of his high school aviation club, helping build planes with his own hands—something he was incredibly proud of.
He was goofy, funny, and could make you laugh without even trying. But beneath that humor was a very big, caring heart. He loved to paint, draw, and write—art was how he expressed himself and made sense of the world. He adored animals and loved being in the barn, where he felt most at home.
Before his passing, Jack was working toward earning his CDL license because he dreamed of becoming a trucker and traveling the world. He had plans and goals, and he had already earned his associate’s degree. He was always reaching for more, always dreaming.
Jack was more than his struggles. He was love, creativity, laughter, and ambition. He mattered. He still matters. And his life will always be worth honoring.
Jack, it truly was an honor being your big brother and having you as my little brother.
