In 2011, I filled out a yoga teacher training application. And my life was never the same.

I didn’t have the details figured out, but I had the vision. I knew I wanted to open a wellness center—and I knew yoga teacher training would be part of that path.

A few months ago, my teacher sent me a copy of that original application with a note that said:
“I guess you made your dreams come true.”

That made me cry. 😭 with joy. Because I did it. 💚

I genuinely see my life as before YTT and after YTT. Not because it taught me how to teach yoga—but because it changed how I live. My energy, my confidence, my boundaries, my spiritual alignment. Everything shifted.

So to everyone who has said yes to our Yoga Teacher Training starting this January—congratulations. This is a powerful decision.

YTT isn’t about perfect poses or teaching classes.
It’s about transformation.
Learning how to regulate your energy.
How to live with more intention, awareness, and integrity.
How to come home to yourself.

And lastly, I want to acknowledge the teachers who make this training what it is. I’m deeply proud to offer this program alongside such grounded, experienced, heart-led humans. This training is strong because they are strong. This training is all heart because they are all heart.m.michaels
