Surface self-care looks like:

Spa days
Hair appointments
Brunch with friends

Important? Yes.

But self-love asks a deeper question:

Are you actually resting?

✨ You’re Invited: Rooted & Restored Healing Circle ✨
March 21, 2026 | 12:00–2:00 PM (Zoom)

Black women have always had to navigate systems that were never designed for our wellbeing.

Racism.
Sexism.
Healthcare inequities.
Attacks on reproductive freedom.
Voter suppression.

And still we rise.

But survival alone is not liberation.

Chronic stress is harming our bodies, our minds, and our spirits. It’s time to move beyond performative self-care and step into self-love.

Self-love means boundaries.
Self-love means rest.
Self-love means protecting your peace.

If you’re ready to shift from surviving to being Rooted & Restored, I invite you to join us for a powerful healing circle created specifically for Black women.

Together we will create space for reflection, grounding, connection, and liberation.

✨ Luxury therapeutic space for Black women ready to reclaim their peace.

Self-care is not candles and vacations.

For Black women, self-care is unlearning survival mode.

It is learning how to:
• Say no without overexplaining
• Rest without guilt
• Feel your emotions without suppressing them
• Set boundaries without shrinking

We were taught to endure.
To overfunction.
To be everything for everyone.

Now you’re ready for something different.

Self-care is regulation.
It’s nervous system repair.
It’s choosing yourself consistently, not occasionally.

If you’re ready to stop calling burnout “normal”…
If you’re ready to feel grounded instead of constantly bracing…
If you’re ready to feel comfortable in your own skin…

Let’s begin.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Rest is not laziness.
It is relief.

For anxiety.
For depression.
For the constant pressure to hold it all together.

Rest slows the nervous system.
It softens racing thoughts.
It grounds what feels scattered.

For centuries, our ancestors survived by staying connected to rhythm, breath, prayer, land, community. Those were grounding forces.

We can reclaim them.

Black women, you do not have to live in survival mode.

Come get rooted.
Come get restored.
Come remember what steadied us long before burnout became normal.

Rest is your grounding force. 🖤✨

Being the emotional anchor for everyone else can mean there is no space left to fall apart yourself. No quiet corner to process. No one asking, “Who is holding you?”

Grief layered on top of responsibility can turn into exhaustion.
Chaos layered on top of composure can turn into numbness.

If you are the grounding force in your family, hear this:

You are allowed to grieve too.
You are allowed to be supported.
You are allowed to not have all the answers.

Strength does not require self-erasure.

Sometimes the most radical thing a Black woman can do is let someone else hold the weight for a while.

If this season has you carrying more than you say out loud, consider giving yourself a space where you don’t have to be the strong one.

You deserve grounding too. 🖤

Black women mastered survival.

We learned how to endure, achieve, protect, and hold everything together.

Historically and practically, we were never given the luxury of relaxing. Of sitting with joy. Of feeling fully comfortable in our own skin.

So we became strong.

But strength without softness becomes exhaustion.

Now is the time to indulge in self-love.
To relax without guilt.
To take up space unapologetically.
To feel joy without scanning the room.

You deserve more than survival.

Ready to embody it?

Let me show you how. 🖤✨

Smiling Depression…

I see you, Sis.
You show up polished and still feel numb.

Depression in high-achieving Black women often hides behind productivity.

Therapy is preventative power.

I’ve been there. Let me help you put some of that stuff down.

Let’s find balance and heal together.

Sis… come sit with me. Let’s heal together. ✨

Black women carry entire worlds on our shoulders.

At work, we calculate every word so we’re heard as competent instead of “difficult.”
At the bank, we measure our tone so we’re respected instead of dismissed.
At the doctor, we advocate twice as hard just to be believed.

We shrink.
We self-monitor.
We overthink.

Not because we want to…
but because survival in spaces not built for us often requires it.

We move like every action reflects our entire race, not just our own story.
We navigate barriers most people never have to think about.

That level of awareness is exhausting.

But here is the truth, Sis:

You deserve spaces where you don’t have to perform.
Spaces where you can exhale.
Spaces where you are held with care, intention, and respect.

That’s what this circle is.

On March 21 and every other Saturday, we will gather in a healing space designed for Black women to:

✨ release the weight
✨ reclaim their voice
✨ reconnect with their bodies and spirit
✨ rest in community

This is luxury mental wellness without the gatekeeping.

You don’t have to shrink here.
You don’t have to explain your culture here.
You don’t have to carry everything alone here.

Come take up all the space you need.

Together, we’re getting Rooted & Restored. 🌿

Black women are not meant to compete for crumbs.

We are architects of ecosystems.

For generations, we have been the village.
The auntie.
The mentor.
The strategist.
The healer.
The organizer.
The visionary.

There is no shortage of brilliance in our community.

The lie is that there isn’t enough room.

Competition fractures the village.
Collaboration fortifies it.

When we share resources,
When we refer clients,
When we amplify each other’s work,
When we sit at tables together instead of circling them alone—

We strengthen the foundation for all of us.

Every Black woman does not have the same assignment.
But every Black woman has an assignment.

We all have a role to play in strengthening our village.

Come figure out yours.
