Last week we celebrated National Rural Health Day. We wish to extend a Special Thanks to Dr. Frank Lavernia, alias "Sugar Daddy", for providing Free Education on Diabetes for Providers, Staff, and patients throughout the FL Keys!

Additionally, we'd like to thank our Health Center's patients and staff for helping us celebrate this day! Access to Quality & Affordable Healthcare is our mission and we are happy to serve the Community!
