I used to think alignment meant things getting easier.
Cleaner.
Kinder.

It doesn’t.

Alignment looks like death first.
Things falling apart without asking you.
People leaving when you stop betraying yourself.
Silence where noise used to be.

Our job isn’t to hold the old life together.
It’s to tend our energy so fiercely
that what can’t survive our truth
dies.

The void comes before the clarity.
The ending comes before the rebirth.
And if it hurts, it’s not because you’re doing it wrong—
it’s because you’re finally doing it honestly.

Let it end.
What’s real will rise without force.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

I’m resting my body in preparation to run my 25th retreat, and I’m pausing to really let that land.

Twenty-five times saying yes to the unknown.
Twenty-five portals of death and rebirth.
Twenty-five cycles of witnessing people release what they thought they were… and remember who they are.

Each retreat is not just something I lead — it’s something I live.
Every time I guide others through endings, initiations, and rebirth, I am asked to do the same. Again and again. Shedding skins. Choosing truth. Letting life reshape me.

This is not a job.
This is my mission, my purpose, my joy, and my devotion to life itself.

I am endlessly grateful for this path.
For the land that holds us.
For the courage of those who come.
For the constant invitation to die and be reborn into more truth.

I wouldn’t trade this life for anything. 🤍
