Our offices will remained closed for all in person appointments tomorrow January 27th. After arriving to our location, we’ve deemed the conditions in our parking lot to not be safe for our clients. Your clinician should be in contact with you to either reschedule or move your appointment to telehealth if you’ve not already done so. Please email billing@yellowibnoncounseling.com for support.

📣 Attention TRICARE Prime Clients

We’d like to share an important reminder regarding TRICARE West policy update that is effective as if July 1, 2025.

👉 Referrals are now required for most specialty care including mental health services and certain services for all TRICARE Prime beneficiaries, including family members.

To avoid unexpected costs or delays in care, please make sure to obtain a referral from your Primary Care Manager (PCM) before scheduling appointments or requesting services.

📢 Important Insurance Update for Our Potential Clients 📢

Starting 08/20/25 we will no longer be able to accept CHAMPVA insurance for direct billing for primary and secondary insurance coverage. This does not impact current clients.

But don’t worry, we’re still here for you! We will provide a superbill after your sessions that you can submit to CHAMPVA for possible reimbursement.

If you have questions or need help understanding how superbills work, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
