Right now the weather warning is set to expire at 1pm. So the warning will no longer be in effect during the 1 hour before travel time. If it's extended then it could, but I don't see that happening.

But if you have other issues during your travel time 1-2pm such as power outage, branches down blocking your way, school closing in your kids district. Take a picture showing some proof of it. And they'll grant evacs on a case by case basis. Any questions on that call HR.

Right now it is a watch. So keep an eye on it. If it does become a winter weather warning during your travel time and you call in for the warning you would still be able to get your Holiday pay assuming you work the last 4 hours of your previous shift before that day and return for the first 4 hours of your next shift upon return.
If it's not a warning you will have to follow the contract language regarding holiday pay.
