Kelsey Grammer, best known for his Emmy-winning role on Frasier, has spoken openly about his journey toward a pro-life conviction.

In his early 20s, while studying at Juilliard, his girlfriend became pregnant and chose abortion. He later called that loss one of the deepest regrets of his life, saying it “eats away at my soul.”

Years later, after enduring more personal tragedy and fathering children of his own, Grammer reflected that his perspective had changed. He now believes that every child’s life has value from the very beginning — saying:

“A child’s right to exist? Of course. Life.”

Today, even though he struggles (he says he still supports “the idea that a woman has the right to do what she wants with her own body," though it's "hard for me") he uses his platform to speak with honesty and compassion about loss, redemption, and the sacredness of life.
