Shore Kids Pediatric Therapies] is a beautiful therapy space in Oceanport, NJ where kids will feel right at home. Think indoor jungle gym, with padded floors and lots of space to get out those wiggles.
We will be focusing on MEDITATIVE MOVEMENT + how meditation doesn’t have to mean “sitting still + quiet”. We will learn to use our breath to calm our minds, work on some meditative activities + share strategies for staying in the present moment + managing those daily “worries”.

I am excited to announce the NEW dates for our meticulously curated weekend at in Kingston, NY. The property is located along the Hudson River, where you will find private single glass walled cabins that allow you to become immersed in nature with their breathtaking views.

Nature will legally be in FULL bloom come end of April, so I can’t think of a better way to welcome Spring then by a weekend filled with opportunities to RENEW+RESTORE.
