Keeping it Real
Hi!! Just to give you a spin of who I am and How I BE.
I have never been the usual ‘run of the mill’ and can tend to go ‘against the grain’. Folks we are only in a box 95% of the time -- that other 5% is Limitless Potential. I encourage people to get in touch with that 5%.
I have had my own set backs and challenges that I have conquered and overcome: Depression / PTSD I have been 130lbs, gotten to 200lbs and brought myself back to fitness. I was able to get through these ‘dark times’ with Active Wellness Care that happened to be found outside of the Medical Model.
Let’s be Mindful; there is an appropriate time and place for everything. Everything can be here and we can have it all, we just need to learn ‘who comes first and what comes second’. Can you appreciate that we are not ‘cookie-cut’?
