Classes are back in session next week! We missed you. Drop-in's welcome to all of the following classes: Zumba Monday at 10:30 and Zumba on Friday at 9:30-10:30am, Yin Yoga class on Tuesdays at 7:15pm-8:30pm, Prenatal Yoga at 6-7:00pm, and Core Yoga on Thursday at 7:15-8:15pm. Our Yoga Introduction starts 1/18 at 9am-10:00am registration required for this class since one class progresses to the next and we hold your spot. We hope to see you soon!

Zumba starts back up Monday, January 5th at 10:30am and Fridays at 9:30am. Drop-in's welcome! No experienced required. Just be prepared to have fun and get sweaty! Kim has been teaching Zumba at Soul Ease for 3 years now. Our students just love her energy and easy to follow classes. Let go and have fun with us in 2015!
