Our herbal medicine making series starts next week!

Join us for a 3 part series with Rachael Whitt of Wildness Within. Each session explores a different method of creating herbal remedies — from glycerites to teas and tinctures.

Explore the art of tea blending — where flavor, beauty, and medicine meet. You’ll learn how taste reflects therapeutic benefits and how to combine herbs for specific themes, from supporting acute illness to nurturing connection. A Day In The Life✨
