3 simple core exercises
To strengthen posture, abs, and back

High to Low Wood Chop: exhale while you rotate your torso, and pull the band down across your body toward your opposite hip

Low to High Wood Chop: same but from the ground up

Stability Ball Crunches: stretch your abs fully at the bottom, then exhale as you lift your shoulders towards your hips, pressing your back into the ball

1️⃣ Assisted Squat – Hold onto a couch arm for balance and support as you sit back slowly.

2️⃣ Box Squat – Sit back to gently tap or sit on a couch/chair, then stand tall.

3️⃣ Goblet Squat – Hold a weight close to your chest, inhale down, exhale up
