Oven at 325
Cut kale
Wash + dry kale

In a bowl massage 1 tbsp of olive oil into kale. Add garlic, paprika, cumin & nutritional Yeast.

Bake for 5-6 min rotate tray bake for 2 minutes take out while kale is still green

Can be stored up to three days

One item that’s incorporated in my house at every dinner is a salad. Salads, when made correctly can be a great source of protein & nutrients.

Also a good way to use up items that are going bad in the fridge. It’s always fun to mix and match different seeds, fruits and vegetables to see what you like. Always with a homemade dressing. Whether it gets eaten that night or stored in fridge for lunch the next day… always a nutritious quick and easy option 😊

Last nights salad was a cabbage salad, shaved carrots, tomatoes, red onions, seeds and cranberries. With a maple citrus dressing

While meal prepping for a family a few years back it was a request to always have some sort of salad on the dinner table not just a plain boring one. It was a way to get her kids to try new foods. Don’t forget familial eating habits play a key role is children’s diets.

Easy 1 skillet 20 minute dinner to make

🍯🌶️😛

Cook broccoli until dark green, remove, cook meat and add sauce honey, sriracha , ginger, coconut aminos, garlic

Assemble bowl with your favorite base and toppings.

Easy healthy banana muffins

3 large ripe bananas
3 large eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
3 cups almond flour

For more protein add in chia seeds
Options to add : dark chocolate chips, blueberries, walnuts

Bake about 12 mins

Good to keep on hand for a quick snack, breakfast or dessert

The BEST Brussel Sprout Salad

Cook bacon
Sauté Brussel sprouts + shallots in bacon grease

Add chopped bacon in + drizzle balsamic glaze over

Bake at 375 until cooked to your liking. mixing every once in awhile

Dressing:
Dijon mustard
Apple cider vinegar
Maple syrup
Garlic
Lemon juice
Olive oil

Mix in a bowl add in sunflower seeds, dried cranberries + blue cheese

Protein : pick whatever you like! Here I used shrimp
