Happy Wednesday everyone. For today’s lunch we made goulash served with a three bean salad and a side of freshly chopped golden cantaloupe.

We would like to congratulate Vicki, Morneen, Ross and Alicia for winning the door prize raffles.

Good afternoon everyone, for today’s lunch we made lemon herbed chicken thighs baked with jasmine rice and homemade bone broth served with gold and purple beets tossed with balsamic vinegar and a side of apricot halves.
