Happy Wednesday everyone. For today’s lunch we made venison stew served with a side salad and rosemary olive oil focaccia bread.

We would like to give a huge shoutout to local hunter, Josiah Marrufo, for donating the deer meat for today’s lunch.

Happy Wednesday everyone! For today’s lunch we made teriyaki glazed chicken and pineapple served over a bed of coconut rice along with steamed broccoli and sautéed bell peppers with a side of tangerines.

Good afternoon everyone. For today’s lunch we made roasted turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy served with stuffing, honey glazed carrots, cranberry sauce and a slice of pumpkin pie!

Happy Wednesday everyone. For today’s lunch we served pork pozole made with homemade broth along with blue corn chips, cabbage mixed with cilantro, limes, radishes and a side of apricots.

Good afternoon everyone. For today’s lunch we made a chicken salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, parmesan, avocados and olives served with rosemary olive oil focaccia bread and a mango fruit cup.

Happy Wednesday everyone. For today’s lunch we made smoked chicken wraps with coleslaw that’s been tossed in a homemade cilantro lime sauce made with Greek yogurt with a side of deviled egg potato salad and fresh grapes.

Good afternoon everyone. For today’s lunch we made a seasonal salad with shaved fennel and locally harvested carrots topped with delicata squash, pomegranate, toasted pumpkin seeds, goat cheese, pickled onions and citrus marinated apples with a side of cottage cheese topped with fresh berries!
