Happy Wednesday everyone. For today’s lunch we made a chef salad with hard boiled eggs, bacon, black forest ham, applewood smoked turkey, tomatoes, cucumbers and aged cheddar cheese served with homemade dressing.

We would like to give a huge shoutout to Larry Nova and James Kleinhans, from public safety for dropping in and visiting with the elders and listening to their concerns!

Happy Wednesday everyone. For today’s lunch we made spinach and cheese raviolis with tomato sauce topped with basil served with broccolini and cauliflower with a side of tangerines!

Good afternoon everyone. For today’s lunch we made a creamy Tuscan chicken soup cooked with purple kale and pasta shells served with a side salad and freshly chopped cantaloupe!

Happy Wednesday everyone. For today’s lunch we served breakfast burritos made with country sausage mixed with scrambled eggs and diced bell peppers along with a side of roasted rosemary golden potatoes and cottage cheese topped with fresh berries and grapes!

Happy Wednesday everyone. For today’s lunch we made chicken Alfredo pasta mixed with peas, sun dried tomatoes and zucchini served with Brussels sprouts tossed with corn and bacon along with a side of jello mixed with fruit.

Good afternoon everyone. For today’s lunch we made corned beef and cabbage served with baby potatoes mixed with rainbow carrots along with a side of peaches.

For today’s lunch we served homemade tomato basil soup made from three different types of tomatoes along with a side salad that consisted of cucumbers, garbanzo beans, toasted pumpkin seeds, parmesan, green olives and radishes served with freshly baked rosemary focaccia bread.
