EasyAccessTelemed.com worked extensively with a web designer to make a site that is extremely easy to self navigate and then self schedule your appointment. It is not being utilized. My Assistant, Greg, RN will take over for me regarding calls or texts to schedule an appointment. He will schedule all appointments starting at 9am the next business morning until the day is filled. If you are needing a specific time for an appointment on any given day, the site is extremely easy to navigate (you must use a different web browser than Safari). Just go to the site, look at the calendar and self schedule yourself for that time slot that you are seeking. Phone appointments scheduled by staff will be at the earliest available appointment the following day as the day gets filled. We will schedule at 9am followed by 10am, 11am and 12 am if there are no more available openings the day you call. We thank you for your patronage of this small business. What's the only difference between scheduling a Telemed/telephone visit with Easy Access Telemed at 9am rather than going to a physician's office or a walk in clinic at 9am? You don't have to get out of bed when you don't feel well and the weather is terrible. Again, we aim to give you excellent service but we need your help to help you. Go to the site.
