Hello friends. Due to sickness i will not be able to have yoga class thought. I am so sorry. Many of y’all were asking if we could make class earlier on Wednesdays but that’s not an option due to Taekwondo class but is anyone free on Friday afternoons?

Hey everyone just checking in. I miss all of you and I miss practicing yoga with you all ❤️ I still don’t feel comfortable having in person classes due to Covid at this time. Numbers are high and lives are at risk. Hopefully with the vaccine and masks the numbers will start to decline and it will be safe to meet up again soon. I plan to do zoom classes at some point but right now it’s not an option due to my schedule and the lack of interest I got after expressing their would be a charge for the online zoom classes. I did want to share something with those of you who still want to practice yoga. I am currently working on my 300 hour certification to become a certified 500 hour yoga teacher through MVP- My vinyasa practice and they offer online zoom classes. I am taking these classes myself and I really enjoy them. They are a group of yogis whose goal is to provide affordable and accessible high quality yoga, and I must say they do an excellent job at it. It’s an opportunity to see what else is out there and learn different types of yoga with different teachers. The schedules have much more classes at various times. You can pay by class or it’s $45 for a month unlimited (which is what I do.) you have to sign up using the mind body app. I’ll post pics below so you can look them up and start taking classes if that’s something that interests you ❤️ please feel free to ask any questions you might have.
