Welcome to my doula business page!
I provide neutral and caring support physically and emotionally for women leading up to and during labor, and even beyond after baby is born. I have recently completed my Birth Doula training through DONA International, and I am now embarking on my journey to become officially certified! I would love for you or your loved one to be a part of that journey. I offer both Birth and Postpartum Doula services.
When I had my daughter in 2017, I did not have the knowledge and support that I do today. Some of the decisions that I made during my birth journey I strongly believe I would have made differently if I had such knowledge and support on my side. This is what began my interest in becoming a Doula. My strongest desire is to be there for women like myself, and provide them the support and comfort they need during their birth journey and beyond.
Services and Pricing detailed below:
❤️FREE consult (in person or virtual)~~~ Not 100% sure about this? I offer a free consult for us to meet and see if we are a good fit to work together with absolutely no obligation to hire me.

🧸Birth doula packages/details (in person or virtual):
🌼$700 - Basic Doula Services Package:
•2 prenatal appointments *1-2 hours each* (to discuss your Birth plan; practice pain relief techniques; prepare for labor; get to know each other more; etc.)
•24/7 informational and emotional support from the time you hire me until delivery.
•”On Call” for birth support from week 37 until Birth (I will still provide labor support outside of these times, which we will go over in more detail during our consult)
•Support through entirety of your Birth (emotional and physical needs; prompting you to remember your Birth plan as needed; directing significant other in supporting you; etc.)
•Basic photographs of labor/birth with cellphone if desired
•1 postpartum appointment *1-2 hours* (to reflect on your Birth experience; help with breast/chest/bottle feeding; provide specialist referrals if needed)
🌼$790 - Enhanced Doula Services Package:
•All services in the Basic Doula Services Package
•6 additional Postpartum support hours
Add-On Services:
🌺$17/hour- a la carte Postpartum support
🌺$150- 10 hour Postpartum hours
🧸Postpartum doula support details:
•emotional/physical support (even if it’s just someone to talk to or hold your hand)
•basic breast/chest/bottle feeding help (assist with getting baby to latch properly, and assist with positioning; basic education regarding pumping and milk supply/storage; basic education regarding bottle feeding and supplies; make professional referrals if necessary)
•basic education for baby soothing techniques
•sibling or newborn care, so mom or new parent(s) can rest
•light housecleaning
•light meal prep
•laundry
•grocery shopping/pickup
