As the weather heats up, be sure to drink plenty of water. Heat-related emergencies are more common

How can you identify and respond to heat stroke? Be aware of signs such as seizures, loss of consciousness, and low blood pressure. If someone is experiencing heat stroke, call emergency services, provide shade or air-conditioning, and give them cool water to drink.
