I am originally from the Knoxville area and moved into Blount County about 22 years ago. I fell in love with the Alcoa area and that's where me and my three children call home. I have been in the medical field for over 20 years and I have a passion for helping others. I recently have shifted from therapy world as an Occupational Therapy Assistant into the insurance profession. My personal struggles with understanding what medical coverage I had and what that actually meant is what led me to the insurance profession. I knew I could not be the only one that didn't understand their benefits or what they may qualify for. That's when I knew I had to help others. I have started my own business to help others understand their benefits! I want to help others understand what benefits are available to them, and to teach them how to take charge and advocate for themselves!
