You know what’s often overlooked? Taking time to BREATHE…and I’m grateful I got the opportunity to join together with a diverse group of Knoxville women to guide them in discovering how to utilize their breath to unlock the body! 🧘‍♀️

Pause what you’re doing for 30 seconds and take 3 nice, slow deep breaths…in for 4 seconds, out for 6 seconds…

Appreciate how you feel

You just
- brought your nervous system into a state of groundedness and calmness
- allowed your digestive system to function more efficiently
- provided your rib cage mobilization
- aided improved blood flow throughout the entire body
- encouraged the immune system to better defend you
- contracted and released your pelvic floor, aiding optimal bladder/bowel/sexual function
…and the list goes on and on!
