Today, we celebrate World Kindness Day by living out Ephesians 4:32: “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” At ISHA, we see kindness as God’s healing in motion—whether through a gentle touch, a prayer, or a caring word.

Our practitioners carry this spirit daily, offering Christ-centered support to uplift hearts and restore peace. A smile, a listening ear, or a helping hand can change everything.

Let us pray: Heavenly Father, fill us with Your kindness today. Help us reflect Your love in every word and deed, bringing healing to those around us. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏
