Right now, somewhere in the world, a woman is laboring. Another is pushing. Another is meeting her baby for the first time.
And beside her, in birth rooms, classrooms, and living rooms across the globe, is another woman showing up to make sure she feels safe, informed, and powerful. It’s what childbirth educators do every time they walk into a classroom. It’s what doulas do every time they hold space in a birth room. It’s what every ICEA-certified professional does when they help a family feel seen.

Since 1960, this community has been our whole heart, and today, on International Women’s Day, we’re honoring every birthing woman and every birth professional who shows up for her. For the families. For the next generation. For each other. 🌍

Volunteers Needed for Transvaginal Ultrasound Training Scans – Tonight

We are currently looking for women who are either very early in pregnancy (3 weeks to 7.5 weeks) or not pregnant who would be interested in volunteering for a transvaginal ultrasound scan this evening at the following times:
5:00 • 5:30 • 6:00 • 6:30

These scans are for follicle monitoring training purposes and will be performed in a professional, comfortable setting.

What’s Included fo moms

If Pregnant (3–7.5weeks):
• 2D / 3D / 5D 6 printed images of baby (if visible)
• 1 printed picture of Heart rate measurement (if detectable)
• Training rate: $50

If Not Pregnant:
• A few 2D & 3D printed images if uterus, endometrium and ovaries
• No cost

This may be an unpopular opinion—but you don’t need to be fearless to give birth.

You can feel unsure.
You can feel nervous, overwhelmed, or scared.

Fear isn’t a failure.
It’s a natural response to something big, unknown, and meaningful.

As your doula, my hope is to share resources that may help you feel confident, empowered, and calm.
And if that feels impossible, I’m right beside you—steady support, exactly as you are.

Our new office space is really starting to feel like home, and we want to share and celebrate with all of you!
