The last few years have been transformational for me in many ways.
Career wise - Starting with my CranioSacral certification, left me absolutely in awe of what I was feeling in myself and my clients. We know everything is energy, but to be still and feel it moving throughout someone and also myself when receiving, unlocked a whole new chapter in my profession as a massage therapist. One I couldn’t quite explain or wrap my mind around yet, but it had me hooked.
I expanded on my Craniosacral training and then at my instructors advice, decided to dive into reiki. At first, to more understand the difference between the two. On paper, they’re very different, in the treatment room, the two seemed to merge together for me, but I am also extremely sensitive to energy work.
So I took reiki 1 twice to really grasp the concept and then at my reiki 2 training yesterday, I felt like I unlocked this whole other level of universal knowledge, if you will. Working with energy has challenged everything I thought I knew on a physical and spiritual level.
I am very looking forward to my reiki master class and what this next chapter of life in my profession looks like.
Forever a student of life, learning as much as I can to further my craft for my clients and myself.
