Happy National Boss’s Day! 🎉

What better time than today to introduce our leadership team here at Waterford Place?

Executive Director – Alma Nieves
brings over 14 years of healthcare experience along with a master’s degree from Purdue University. She leads with both expertise and heart! Outside of work, Alma enjoys reading, dancing, and cooking. She’s also a proud wife, mom of two girls, and fur mom to two pets.

Administrator in Training (AIT) – Carly Haines has been a familiar face at Waterford for 11 years, serving as our Social Services Director. She brings deep history, compassion, and dedication to our community. Carly is on track to become a licensed administrator by the end of the year and looks forward to continuing her career right here at Waterford Place! In her free time, she enjoys music, true crime documentaries, doting on her two fur babies and making people laugh.
