The Night Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing janitorial staff during night operations to ensure all cleaning tasks are performed to company standards and client expectations. This role provides direction, training, and support to team members while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality of service.
This position will be scheduled to work Monday-Thursday 12:00 pm - 9:30 pm, with 30 minute lunch and 8:00 am - 12:00 pm on Friday.
Starting pay is $16.00 an hour.
