of an amazing man for 25 years!

As my motto goes, "Fighting for a change and Changing for the better!" Hi, my name is Sherry Raimundo and I care about YOUR health. I was an overweight,
picked on child not only by my peers but also by my family. Determined to
help people around me achieve great health I have become a health and
fitness coach. As a specialist in Fitness Nutrition, I am able to assist you with your nutrition. As Certified Fitness Trainer, I am
able to teach and guide you through the exercises you may need to achieve your goals. Through proper nutrition, mobility and determination you can achieve better health and I am here to help, encourage, inspire and cheer you on!
