Water flows. Water moves. Water carries the currents of emotion, the tides of feeling. The tides of healing. Gentler ways of Being.

Let it go.

Release what no longer serves you.

The wounds you carry
real or imagined
need not bind you.

Time for dissolution.
Dissolve
Time for release.

Water is the solvent that dissolveolves, disperses, and frees. You are free!

Breathe deeply.

Let the wind carry away what clings.

Allow the parts of the ego that hinder your highest good to dissolve, to scatter like mist.

Can you enjoy the scent of fresh morning dew, the blessed reborn mist?

And when the wind has passed, when the release is complete,
merge with the creative power of water

flowing, alive, and radiant.

Allow your emotions become a river of inspiration,

After 45 years of doing my own hair, approximately 40 years of them being completely natural I’ve learnt the ins and outs. Curl, dry, kinky hair care.
Currently working on a highly effective herbal hair growth scalp/hair moisturizing spray, natural hair wash and scalp/hair moisturizing butter. So natural it’s technically edible.
