At this point I think I should rent out a suite here at Seton Hays.. Back again in the ER now with some heart issues. They are running some tests while they try to slow down my heart rate.. was clocking around 155. told them I was prepping for the 100 meter dash😄.

Four years ago I slipped into a coma and went into liver failure. This has been a truly challenging time, especially getting liver cancer. With all the challenges this has caused I have been truly blessed every day. I am also truly grateful for my family and friends that have supported me through these challenges. Everyday is special and every day is gift.. Enjoy the moments with your close ones everyday.. Life is beautiful and no matter what challenges come your way there is always a positive side to everything… even when it looks bleak it’s there..
Thanks everyone for all your support . Never give up and never give up hope..

It’s that time again .. Scans in Austin yesterday and this morning at MD Anderson in Houston… looks like I had a bad hair day in Austin yesterday 🤪

Ended up in the ER yesterday around 930pm.. Having some really bad pains in the left abdomial area.. Had CT and ultrasound with 3 rounds of bloodwork..They found some gallbladder stones, but concern is fluid loops in the large and small intestines. I will need to follow up with my Gastro on this as it can lead to an obstruction in the intestines..

At St. David’s in South Austin.. the kidney stone decided it wanted to stay ( i was like heck no ).. so now being prepped to get this little devil out.
For educational purpose.. End stage Liver Disease affects your metabolic process which causes your kidneys to work 3x.
Becauses of this, a build up of Oxalate in your kidneys bind to calcium which forms kidney stones.

Well ended up in the ER today with pretty severe pain . Seems my left kidney got jealous that my right kidney had a small baby stone a little over a year ago and said “ hell I need my own “..😜.. 3 doses of heavy pain meds barely put a dent in the pain .. now getting ready to be released and wait for this little guy enter this world with me screaming 😱..I already got some names picked out .. and y”all know they have some harsh tones to those names.. 😀

Last paracentesis for 2024.. latest update from MD Anderson we have one more tumor to be remove and surgery has been scheduled for next week. No other new lesions were found in my last imaging.

Completed scans and labs at MD Anderson and had some great company with me.. ( My youngest came along so I wouldn’t drive alone late last night to Houston )
