I’m asking for help for my dog, Chance, who was at the emergency vet clinic after being attacked by my friend’s dog last night. He has bite wounds on his neck, back, and stomach. While we are grateful that there don’t appear to be deep punctures in some areas, the stomach wound is especially concerning because of the risk of internal injury. Right now, I am waiting to have him fully evaluated and treated.

I want to be very clear about something: I am not angry at my friend, and I am not angry at their dog. This was a terrible, upsetting incident, but it was not malicious or intentional. Please do not direct blame or negativity toward them. My only focus is Chance and getting him the care he needs.

We just arrived back in Arizona after an exhausting move from Texas that took nearly 24 hours with no real sleep. Between the truck and trailer rental, gas for the cross-state drive, and putting my RV into storage, my funds are almost completely depleted. This emergency happened at the worst possible moment financially.

We are currently sitting at the emergency vet office with a four-hour wait. The staff has been incredibly kind and even let me borrow blankets so we can try to sleep in the truck while we wait. I’m beyond exhausted, overwhelmed, and emotionally wrecked, running on no sleep and struggling to stop crying, but I’m doing everything I can to stay steady for him.

I’m asking for donations to help cover Chance’s emergency exam, imaging if needed, wound treatment, medications, and any additional procedures that may be required. Any amount helps. Truly. Even small contributions add up and make a difference.

Chance is deeply loved and part of my family. Right now he needs medical care, and I need support to make sure he gets it.

Here’s the truth about my pricing—because I know it can be easy to look at a number and miss everything behind it.

When you work with me, you’re not paying for “an hour.” You’re paying for nearly 17 years of hands-on experience in bodywork—years of learning how the nervous system speaks through the body, how stress gets stored, and how healing actually happens when we stop treating symptoms like the whole story.

You’re also paying for my depth in Reiki and energy work, and the way I blend that with coaching grounded in psychology-based methods—not fluff, not bypassing, not surface-level motivation. I’m trained to help you identify patterns, understand why they’re there, and shift them in a way that’s sustainable.

And I’m still investing—because I take this work seriously. I’m currently in training for clinical hypnotherapy, adding more evidence-informed tools for working with the subconscious, rewiring internal narratives, and creating real change at the root.

On top of credentials and training, there’s something else you can’t “certify”: my personal healing journey. I’m not teaching theory. I’ve lived what it means to do the work—through the layers, through the triggers, through the rebuild. Lately, I’ve been missing the house my ex-fiancé and I bought together in Tucson in early 2020. A beautiful home. Three bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Fully renovated. Big yards. Open space. A life I thought I was building toward marriage and stability.

And then… life unraveled.

COVID. Me pouring everything into my business. The energy of that house. The slow realization that love doesn’t always survive the versions of ourselves we outgrow. We drifted. I moved out. He sold the house. And just like that, a whole future I thought was solid disappeared.

For a long time, I wasn’t okay with that. I was hurt. Resentful. Grieving not just the relationship—but the version of me who believed that was the end destination.

Then life cracked me open even further.

I bought an RV. Lived off-grid. Got C. diff. Nearly died twice. Had hip surgery. Moved states. Ended up in Texas—one of the places my soul loves most—because something in me knew I needed to be closer to my dad.

What I didn’t know was that the first time I’d see him in over 20 years… would be the last.

I spent five hours holding his hand while he was restrained and sedated, declining from Lewy body dementia, being taken off methadone by doctors who didn’t understand the consequences. The man I saw wasn’t the dad I remembered—but my dad was a force. A flawed, brilliant, funny, hardworking man who loved church, loved his kids in his own way, and carried demons he never fully escaped.

And somehow, even through all of that, he still guided me here.

I’m grateful for Texas. I’m grateful for the life I’m building now.
But I’m also finally ready to let go of the house, the identity, and the version of me that existed back then.

The woman I was five or six years ago is not who I am taking into 2026.

And that matters—because 2025 is a 9 year.
A year of endings. Deaths. Lessons. Letting go.

And 2026 is a 1 year—the beginning of an entirely new nine-year cycle.

New identity. New leadership. New direction. New wealth patterns. New self-trust.

This is not the year for vague intentions or surface-level goals.
