Our welcoming studio embraces individuals of all backgrounds, inviting everyone to discover strength, tranquility, vitality, and happiness! Depending on your condition, time and what you want to achieve with yoga, there are different styles of yoga that you can find in the Lipa Yoga and Meditation studio. The specific rhythm and concept of their classes encompasses and integrates several different styles including: hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga, vinyasa flow yoga, kundalini yoga, restorative and tension realizing yoga. Yoga classes are adapted to all those who want to restore their energy and vitality within 60/75/90 minutes, to let go their business and private obligations, restore their inner peace, self-confidence and serenity. It is recommended for all business people, recreational and active athletes, students, parents and everyone who feels the need to improve their health and quality of life in general. Beginner Yoga
The beginner class series introduces you to yoga poses, fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. In a culture in which we rush from one day to the next, constantly trying to change our health, body, or emotions, or to plan the future, yoga opens up the possibility of connecting what we already have—to who we already are. On your path of finding yourself we will help you with the various asanas focus on balance and alignment of the body. It is the perfect choice of yoga style for anyone with questions about the beyond and searching for itself on the core level. This practice goes beyond perfecting Hatha yoga asanas. It includes breathing techniques like pranayama and meditation techniques to experience its mental and physical benefits completely. Classes are 90 minutes long with 75 minutes of Asanas and 15 min of meditation to let you have time to search and listen to yourself. Ashtanga Yoga
Power Vinyasa
Power Vinyasa is a set sequence of postures linked together with vinyasa, or flow of movement, in order to build heat in the body. The aim is for every breath taken to be a conscious one, creating meditation in movement. Our classes are suitable to anyone who wants to begin to explore Power Vinyasa, starting in an easy and approachable but still challenging way. You will learn how to connect your breath with the movement and transform the same into the beautiful, mindful practice under the guidance of our dedicated teachers. Classes are 60/75 minutes long depending on the time and the day of the week. Open Meditation
Start meditating and you will see the benefits of meditation in yourself. In this class we will be working on alternate nostril breathing, breath of fire, exploring calming, abdominal, breaths and many more breathing technics. Second part of the class will be a choice of the following guided meditations: chakras meditation, yoga Nidra -resting awareness, visualization, loving kindness, mantra meditation and many others that will help you find the path to the beautiful world within yourself. A beauty that starts on the yoga mat fills you with calmness, empathy, mindfulness and lets you take the same feeling in the every day life. In this class we will work on the art of uniting our Body, Mind and Breath with relaxing meditations that will take Us closer to our core self that in this modern world gets lost easily, patiently waiting to be found again. Gentle but persistent moves are working on conditioning all parts of your torso to improve your posture and making you stronger for everyday life. RYT200 Certified Yoga Teacher | Language Educator | Outdoor Enthusiast

Natalia is a language teacher by profession and a lifelong learner at heart. What began as a journey to improve flexibility soon became a pathway to deeper connection, mind and body.

When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her water skiing, cross-country and downhill skiing, hiking, or tending to her garden. Her favorite summer pastime? Teaching others how to water ski!

She brings her love for teaching into every yoga class, helping students tune into the subtle micro-movements of the body with grace and awareness. Whether on the mat or out on the water, Natalia finds joy in guiding others to discover their own rhythm and flow.

Natalia is also a proud mother and loves traveling with her daughter to our Driftless Retreats, where together they embrace the beauty of movement, nature, and connection.

A little bit about Lipa..

Welcome to you all!

Thank you for checking my site. My name is Lipa and I got created by Divna and Jody, two best friends that have the vision of helping people in uniting body, mind, and soul. LIPA means LINDEN TREE on Serbian. Divna's home country. Lot's of memories from her childhood, especially around her mom connected to my name and I know its dear and special to her.

When you meet her ask her about that, you will see soft gaze in her eyes. She is grateful for every moment in her life especially for her husband, 4 great children and her family. She is grateful for all opportunities in her life including me-Lipa. I know I am special and she loves me for many reasons. One of them is connection to people! She loves meeting new people and keeping her family and friends close to her, on both sides of the Ocean. She is the Citizen of two Countries and they are both dear to her heart as well as people in them. Social media makes it possible and she is forever grateful for that.

Jody loves yoga! She introduced Divna to the same and converted her from chasing fitness regiments into Yoga life style. She juggles full time job, family with 2 great kids and yoga being her passion. She travels a lot but still somehow finds time for everything. I know that every student in Divna's and Jody's class will feel that special attention and care that changes people's perspective from learning to fun. Changes that are happening within the people once when they start listening them selves makes them hungry for knowledge. Our teachers will be there for you leading you gently.
