I did a couple things on this list today. Listening to music, it just diluted the stress on my shoulders, made me feel my body breathing again. Sometimes you get so in your mind you forget the miracle of you breathing, happening alongside, despite actually, all that noise inside, despite all the noise outside you too. Sometimes we need to plug into what’s happening, despite the noise. Chances are it was there before the noise and it will be there after. What will you give your attention to? I am grateful the music called me out of my mind tonight xx
