I’m so excited to welcome another group of mamas into this special 6-week series designed to help you rebuild from the inside out.
This is not a “bounce back” bootcamp! It’s a real recovery space for real moms—whether you’re 6 weeks, 6 months, or even a few years postpartum. BABIES ARE WELCOME TOO!

Any mom looking to reconnect to her core, her confidence, and her body. BRING YOUR BABY! Whether you're in those first weeks of recovery or months (even years) into motherhood—this is for you. This fabulous 4th Trimester Fitness Method class is so fun and informative… I promise you will love it!
