If we haven’t met yet, I’m the owner and lead instructor at Cajun Cadence CPR here in Southeast Louisiana. I’m a registered nurse with over a decade of medical experience, and I’m passionate about teaching life-saving skills in a way that’s practical, approachable, and—dare I say—fun.

I provide lifesaving CPR, AED, and First Aid training for individuals, healthcare professionals, and businesses. Whether you’re a nursing student prepping for clinicals, a parent wanting peace of mind, or an employer keeping your team ready, I’ve got you covered.

I believe that anyone—yes, even you—can have the confidence to step in and save a life. My classes are small, hands-on, and designed to make you feel prepared, not pressured.
