Infertility can be one of the loneliest journeys a person walks.

You show up to work. You attend family gatherings. You smile at baby showers. You answer the well meaning questions. And yet, inside, there is a quiet ache that feels impossible to explain.

It is the grief of something hoped for.
The waiting.
The uncertainty.
The monthly cycle of anticipation and loss.

You can be surrounded by people and still feel completely alone in it.

If this is your story, please know your feelings make sense. The sadness, the anger, the numbness, the jealousy, the exhaustion. None of it makes you ungrateful. It makes you human.

You deserve space to talk about it. You deserve support that honors both your hope and your heartbreak.

You are not alone, even when it feels that way. 🤍

🔦Book Spotlight🔦

Writing Through Mom Guilt: A Guided Postpartum Journal offers a gentle, compassionate space for new mothers to put words to the guilt, the overwhelm, and the quiet questions that often go unspoken.

This journal invites moms to slow down, reflect, and release the unrealistic expectations that creep in during the postpartum season.

Because processing your experience doesn’t mean you’re ungrateful... it means you’re human.

With shorter days this time of year, vitamin D becomes especially important in the postpartum season. Many new moms spend more time indoors, which can lead to low vitamin D levels.

Vitamin D supports mood and emotional wellbeing, which matters during a time when hormonal shifts and sleep deprivation are already at play. It also plays a role in immune health, energy levels, and bone strength for both mom and baby, especially for those who are breastfeeding.

Gentle sunlight when possible, vitamin D rich foods, and talking with your provider about supplementation can be small but meaningful ways to support your body during postpartum healing.

Caring for yourself is part of caring for your baby!! 😘

My word for the year... Re-energized ☀️

This year is about refilling what’s been poured out, more of saying yes to what fuels me. ☕️

Last year, I knew I needed to step back and re-evaluate what was exciting me. I vowed to drastically reduce my social media presence and it was a refreshing break. I needed the pause to find my direction.

I’m choosing to move through this upcoming year feeling grounded, focused, and re-energized. 2026, I'm so ready for you!
