This project was so much fun! We basically did a complete gut and reworked the existing footprint of the house. We worked with the architect to create this awesome design and we also handled all of the interior design and staging! Our investor is thoroughly pleased with how this project turned out!

This house has all new electrical, plumbing, water line, sewer line, plus a completely new interior, and MORE.

To all our real estate agent friends, if you have clients looking in the Austin area (near 2222 and Mopac) please let us know. We can connect you with the team showing the house! There will be open houses this weekend as well! Saturday 11am-1pm and Sunday 12pm-3pm. Please share!

This is just a sneak peak of the BEFORE and AFTER of the Shoalwood project!

This project has been a labor of love. We took the whole house down to the studs and completely overhauled it! All new electrical, all new plumbing, all new drywall, brand new secondary suite add-on, open concept kitchen/living/dining rooms, and pictured here is the completely redone family/game room!

Thank you to Danze & Davis architects for giving us an amazing design to bring to life!

Thank you to our investor for allowing us to do all of the interior design and staging!

We are so incredibly blessed and grateful that we got to collaborate with and on this wall!

Obviously, our amazing friends Aaron and Cynthia Darling of are doing the heavy lifting here, lol. We were blessed to set up their "canvas" and give this wall some fresh siding for them to work with!

Thank you, , for the opportunity to bless John Baker and the new Bakers Brisket building and to collaborate with you on this amazing project! We can't wait to see the finished product!

Summertime is for outdoor spaces!

This family had a less than stellar experience with their last contractor, and their deck job was incomplete and unsafe.

They wanted it to be fixed, and they were in need of some shade! They couldn't enjoy their space with the sun exposure they were getting...

They asked for a pergola with retractable canvas for added shade when they really need it!

We delivered on their request and corrected their deck while we were at it!

Blessed to be a blessing to this beautiful family!

Today is a very special day for me y'all!

One year ago, today, I clocked out for the last time. I left my career in healthcare, with the encouragement of my husband and Jesus, and joined my husband in managing our business full time!

TALK ABOUT STEPPING OUT IN FAITH!

It has been an incredible year, full of growth and growing pains and blessings, and trials!

Working with my husband and doing what God has called us to do has been one of the best blessings of my life! We are literally living our dream!

Here's to many more years, as long as God will bless us to serve our amazing community of Lago Vista and anywhere else He wants to send us!
