Welcome to the official page for the IAPD/IPRA Soaring to New Heights Conference, presented by Illinois Association of Park Districts and the Illinois Park and Recreation Association!

As the largest state park and recreation conference in the nation, this event brings together thousands of professionals, commissioners, and elected officials from across Illinois for three days of education, networking, and professional development.

This year's conference will take place January 29–31, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, and registration will open in September.
