We are thrilled to share that the upcoming Adoptee Film Fest (AFF) is open for ticket reservations and it’s a must-attend event for anyone connected to adoption, kinship care, and the adoptee voice.

📅 Why You Should Go
The festival proudly champions adoptee filmmakers whose stories center on the unique journeys of identity, belonging, longing, separation, and reconnection. 

From feature premieres to short film selections, AFF is offering a powerful, intimate window into the adoptee experience — from the inside out.

🎟️ Why This Matters
We are always on the lookout for platforms that elevate the adoptee voice. This festival creates space for the lived stories of adoptees—stories that too often go unheard or are filtered through others’ perspectives.

If you engage with youth navigating permanency, identity, loss, reunification or belonging (whether as a therapist, caregiver, educator, or peer), we believe this event is worth your time.

We’re so grateful to cards for cubs for donating handmade birthday and encouragement cards to Celia Center for foster youth.

Each card carries love, hope, and kindness reminding children that they are seen, celebrated, and cared for. 💖

These small gestures make a big difference in helping foster kids feel special and supported especially on birthdays and tough days.

Our Founder is now a Contributor on Psychology Today This a call to action: Calling all foster parents and former of current foster youth. If there is anything you would like Jeanette Yoffe to write about, bring awareness to and help the world understand about foster care please let us know in the comments. We are in this together!

Given away at 15 months, I grew up in foster care. Today, I turn that pain into purpose by helping others heal from separation trauma.
