This beef stir fry was one of them 🙌🏼 so wanted to share with you too!

The sauce for the beef is the most complicated part. You can replicate it with something like teriyaki sauce & marinade to make it even simpler!

Bonus tip - if you have the means to purchase grass fed organic beef 🥩 we highly recommend it.

The source of your beef does matter. Buy it local from Sprouts or Whole Foods, or consider a subscription service like .

Fun facts about our company! These are our 5 core values that set the foundation for all of our programs and the why behind what we do.

If you look at our logo, it’s actually a sun coming up over the horizon. What does the sun do? It shines light and is the opposite of darkness. It helps you see things clearly.

We never want you to feel “in the dark” with your nutrition and fitness. We want you to walk with clarity on how to take care of your body and live in your truth!

Also, while most people might think that our energy comes from the food we eat, the primary source of all energy to sustain life on Earth is the SUN! ☀️

We can’t wait to teach you how to nourish your body with the food that comes directly from the earth and helps you feel your BEST energy!

P.S. There’s more symbolism behind our logo and the idea of this company but we’ll save that later! Bye for now! ✌🏼

5 ingredient 🙌🏼 Mexican Stuffed Peppers - packed with protein, blood sugar balancing carbs, and best of all, super easy to make.

Customize it with your fav toppings (avocado, salsa, green onion or sour cream). Save this post 👆🏼and enjoy!

Ingredients:

4 bell peppers
14 oz. lean ground beef
1 x 14 oz. can chopped tomatoes
1 cup cooked brown rice
2 tbsp. Mexican spice blend

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Heat a large pan over a medium-high heat and cook the beef for 5-7 minutes until browned.
3. Add in the tomatoes and, rice and bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer gently, covered, for around 6-8 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, cut off the tops from peppers and remove the seeds from the inside.
5. Place the peppers on a baking dish and fill the peppers with the beef mixture.
6. Cover the dish with kitchen foil and bake in the oven for 35 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
