Bruh what a day. Hectic morning and of course got out of the house late. It’s ok. Girls on time for school. Head to the gym cuz I had the time. Did the stairmaster for 20 mins and got a massage while doing some reading. Highly recommend… honestly any book.
Anyways get to work and have time to sit and enjoy some coffee. Noooope. I forgot work shoes so had to drive allll the way back to Lahaina and back to wailuku for my shift. Aaahhhhh. Made it… barely. Theeen said good morning pretty much to everyone even though it was 1 in the afternoon. Oh not over yet.
Head to Iao to hang out at the lo’i. Well lost my balance and ate s**t. Yup huli maka flip right on the okole. Hurt my knee and dirty up the pants. Anyways. All that I’m stoked I got to the gym today 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Volunteering is taking care of the ‘āina. Some work will not be compensated with kala. I have faith this is the road I must take. I’m no stranger to fear but I just do it anyway. Every single time I chose bravery over fear or doubt and stumbled along the way, I’ve made it to the other side. And oh what a sight to see. I cannot explain it. You must come too. The best thing is everyone is invited. All INclusive pass to authenticity, the only thing you gotta do is shed old beliefs to gain new KNOWledge. It won’t be easy and while everyone is invited, unfortunately most will not RSVP. I promise it is alllll worth it. So come. We go. 🤙🏽

Come to the gym with me. It’s recovery week and it’s aligned with my period. Still lifting heavy but lowered the sets and reps 💪🏽 Did upper body with some lower body and core warmup. Always!!
This is what “discipline” looks like. I went from 198lbs to 167lbs in one year. Muscle mami journey. This body is definitely my favorite body. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Come with me to the gym. I’m in my menstrual phase so reps are short but weight is heavy. I’m also healing from a cold coming on so going to nip it in the bud.
I tried this machine again only this time I did barbell squats. One set of squats and one of sumos. Since it’s my first time it was just the bar.
My warm up was 20 mins on stairmaster and 5 min cooldown

Did a sets of weighted reverse lunges, weighted single leg RDL to leg raise, and weighted overhead marches.
