Come with me to the gym. I’m in my menstrual phase so reps are short but weight is heavy. I’m also healing from a cold coming on so going to nip it in the bud.
I tried this machine again only this time I did barbell squats. One set of squats and one of sumos. Since it’s my first time it was just the bar.
My warm up was 20 mins on stairmaster and 5 min cooldown
Did a sets of weighted reverse lunges, weighted single leg RDL to leg raise, and weighted overhead marches.
